If an organization registered under the Organization Registration Act, 2034 for the purpose of doing financial mediation work, if it wants to do financial mediation work in accordance with this Act, it must submit an application to the bank in the prescribed format by disclosing the following details:- (a) Organization Registration Certificate and Articles of Association, (b) Name, address and profession of the officers of the organization, (c) total number of members of the organization, (d) movable and immovable property of the organization, (e) geographical area where the organization wants to do financial mediation, (f) other matters as specified.
